The UK Digital Experience Awards are becoming one of the most important events in the calendar for digital and CX professionals across the UK.
The unique format of the awards consists of live finalist presentations throughout the morning to panels of independent judges. Scores are then verified and counted to determine the winners. The afternoon starts with a drinks reception followed by a gala luncheon and the awards ceremony. The awards finals give everyone a fantastic opportunity to network and further their knowledge of digital CX by watching the open finalist presentations.
The awards are judged by panels of independent business men and women. The scoring methodology and criteria, endorsed by Cranfield School of Management and our newest partner, Usability 24/7, is available for all to see via the awards website. Each entrant will receive a benchmarked feedback report which features comments from the judges and their scores from both the written entry and the live presentation. The scores will also be benchmarked against the winner of the category.
The winners reflect organisations of all sizes from across a broad spectrum of industries. Winners from the 2016 awards include: Codehouse, Gate One, Look touch & feel, LV=, Nationwide Building Society, Vortex Commerce and Webhelp UK.
